Selecting a cruise and setting up room configurations are essential steps to ensure your clients’ preferences and needs are accurately addressed, creating a personalized and seamless travel experience. Proper room assignments also streamline the booking process, prevent errors, and enhance client satisfaction by providing clarity and organization upfront.

Step 1: Select a cruise

  • Once your client chooses their preferred cruise, mark it as selected in the trip dashboard.

Step 2: Assign rooms and set up configurations

Step 3: Next steps once a cruise is selected

Depending on where you are in the flow with your client, next, you can book room, collect payment information and/or complete a booking.

Pro Tip

When setting up and assigning rooms, ensure you confirm the number of travelers and their preferences (e.g., adjoining cabins, suite upgrades, or specific deck locations) early in the process. This helps streamline room configurations, avoids last-minute changes, and ensures a smoother booking experience for both you and your clients. If clients are part of a group, consider assigning rooms close together to enhance their trip experience.
