Client Instructions to Edit / Update Profiles
Navigate to your profile by clicking the 3 line menu in the top right of your Cruisen app.
Next click "All profiles".
Click the edit pen next to the profile you want to access.
Enter or edit applicable traveler details including name, date of birth, citizenship, passport information, address, cruise loyalty numbers and save.
Client Instructions to Add Guest Profiles
Navigate to your profile by clicking the 3 line menu in the top right of your Cruisen app.
Next click "All profiles".
Next click "Add profile".
Next enter applicable traveler details including name, date of birth, citizenship, passport information, address, cruise loyalty numbers and save.
Traveler profile will now be saved in "All profiles".
After traveler profiles are saved, navigate back to the "Rooms" tab.
In the "Rooms" tab, you will see "Room 1" with your profile details.
Next, you can add any/all guests that will also be staying in this room.
To add travelers, simply click "Add guest".
Either select an existing profile or create a new profile by adding first name, last name and age group of the new guest.
If desired, you can rename the room by clicking the 3 dots and then "Rename".
If needed, you can add additional rooms and assign guests to those rooms by clicking "Add room", naming the room and then clicking the blue "Add room" button.
Add guests following the steps above.
Note: A guest profile must be created before they can be added to a room.
All activity will show in Navigator keeping you up to date on all relevant details for the trip.
Depending on where you are in the flow with your client, next, you can book room, collect payment information and/or complete a booking.
