Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the trip you want to manage

Step 2: Open the Navigator chat

  • Click on the Navigator chat column (or icon on mobile) within the trip workspace.

Step 3: Start collaborating

  • Start your collaboration by typing directly into the chat box to communicate with your clients.

  • Initiate conversations with updates and recommendations to keep clients engaged.

  • Ensure all documents, itineraries, and special notes are stored in the trip workspace.

  • Click the paperclip icon to attach documents such as:

    • Cruise itineraries.

    • Confirmation PDFs.

    • Pre-departure checklists or promotional flyers.

Pro Tip

Utilize AI Navigator for instant insights or to answer specific client questions.

  • Click the robot icon to enable the AI bot within Navigator.

  • Use AI for guidance. Ask the AI bot to provide quick responses to client questions or assist in generating ideas.

  • Balance AI-driven responses with your expertise to maintain a personal touch.

  • To get the most accurate and helpful responses from AI, be as specific as possible in your questions or prompts.
