Send A Quote
Begin by selecting the desired cruise for your client.
Confirm all guests have joined the room.
Click the "Quote Room" button.
Fill in the necessary details for the quote, including cruise fare, taxes and fees, payment terms and deposit requirements.
Click "Send Quote" to generate the official quote for your client.
Once sent, the quote automatically appears in the Navigator Chat.
Client receives the quote in their Navigator Chat.
Client will see all cruise details and payment terms.
Credit Card Authorization
Client can choose to authorize and accept or decline the quote.
Clients can securely input their payment details, including:
Credit or debit card information.
Billing address (if required).
CVV code will be stored for 48 hours.
Once the client approves the quote, you as the advisor will receive authorization to process payment.
After receiving authorization from client, in your advisor dashboard click "Book Room" to access the customer’s payment details.
Payment details will be visible for you to enter directly into the cruise line or your agency-specific booking tools.
Note: CVV security code will only be availabe for 48 hours.
Use client-provided details to complete your booking
Log into the cruise line’s platform or your host agency system.
Copy and paste customer details including payment information directly from Cruisen to complete the booking.
Record those details back in Cruisen.
Cabin number, booking confirmation, and total cost.
Upload the confirmation document for client reference.
