Do I have to change my host agency?

Not at all! Think of Cruisen like a collaboration and sales tool that will supercharge your work, but you'll still book with your host of choice and retain your existing commission structure and payouts.

Is there a fee to use Cruisen?

Yes, Cruisen has a $25 monthly subscription fee, but you’ll start with a free trial so you can experience all the benefits risk-free. We’re here to help your business thrive, so take advantage of the trial and see how Cruisen can streamline your quoting, booking, and client communication!

Is my, and my customer's data, secure?

Yes, absolutely. We follow all best practices for protecting your data, both in transit and at rest. We will never use you or your customer's data in any manner except to provide our services.

Can I brand the Cruisen platform with my own logo?

At this time, it is not possible to customize the Cruisen platform with your own logo or branding. We understand the importance of personalizing tools to reflect your agency’s identity, and we’re always exploring ways to enhance our platform.

Is there a mobile app for advisors, or is it desktop-only?

Cruisen for advisors is available on both desktop and mobile platforms. The desktop version offers the full suite of tools to manage cruise bookings and client interactions efficiently. The mobile app currently offers a strong set of features for on-the-go functionality, and we are continuously working to expand its capabilities. Stay tuned as we continue to expand our platform, delivering even greater flexibility and convenience for advisors.

Cruisen has a consumer app, will that conflict with me as an advisor?

No. Your customers and your customer relationships are what drives the cruise industry. Cruisen understands and embraces that - your customers will always remain yours.

Can clients book their cruise directly through the app?

Clients cannot book their cruise directly through the Cruisen app. Instead, they can use the app to explore cruise options, review details, and provide necessary information such as personal details and payment methods. Once this information is gathered, it is up to the advisor to complete the booking through their host agency or the cruise line's platform. This process ensures that advisors remain in control of the booking while clients are actively involved in the planning and decision-making process.

Are last-minute deals or special offers highlighted?

Yes! Cruisen makes it easy to stay on top of great deals. The platform provides real-time notifications of price drops, so you can quickly spot last-minute savings for your clients. Additionally, you can highlight your own curated "Advisor Picks" within the platform, showcasing special offers or deals that align with your clients’ preferences. It's all designed to help you deliver exceptional value effortlessly!

How does the integrated chat feature work?

The integrated chat feature in Cruisen provides a centralized space for real-time communication between you and your clients. Accessible within each trip workspace, it allows you to send messages, share cruise options, and answer questions directly. You can also attach files, such as itineraries or booking confirmations, and leverage the AI Navigator (via the robot icon) to assist with inquiries or provide suggestions.

Clients can use the chat to share feedback, ask questions, or "like" their favorite cruise options, ensuring all discussions are focused and trip-specific. The chat feature simplifies communication by keeping all messages in one place, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails or texts, and enhancing collaboration for both individual and group bookings.

This allows you to focus on cruises within your client’s budget, highlight preferred cruise lines, or feature exciting new ships. Once filters are applied, you can further refine your search using the Sort By option to organize results by most liked cruises, upcoming departure dates, trip duration, or price, ensuring you present the most relevant options tailored to your client’s needs. This streamlined process saves time and enhances your ability to provide a personalized booking experience.

Can clients update their own information, or must I do it for them?

Clients can easily update their own information directly in the Cruisen app, making the process more efficient and reducing the workload for advisors. They can input or edit personal details such as names, dates of birth, contact information, and payment methods. Am I booking the cruise through my host agency or through Cruisen?

Once all details are collected in Cruisen, you’ll use your host agency's platform or the cruise line’s booking system to finalize the booking. Can I book all cruise lines through Cruisen?

You can use Cruisen to gather client preferences, explore and recommend cruises, and organize trip details for many major cruise lines. However, the actual booking must be completed through your host agency or directly with the cruise line's booking system. This allows you to access a wide range of cruise lines while benefiting from Cruisen’s centralized tools to simplify your workflow and enhance the client experience.

Can clients share the trip link with others?

Yes, clients can easily share the trip link with friends and family directly from the Cruisen app. This feature allows them to invite others to join the trip, view the cruise details, and participate in group discussions.
