Save Filters for Default View of a Trip

Cruisen makes it easy for advisors to save specific filters for a trip, creating a customized default view that aligns perfectly with a client’s preferences. Whether your client is interested in a specific port, sailing date, ship, or other criteria, you can tailor the trip to their needs, simplifying the decision-making process.

Benefits of Saving Filters

  • Personalized Client Experience: Tailor the trip to your client’s specific preferences, ensuring they only see cruises that match their interests.

  • Faster Decision-Making: By sharing curated options, you help clients focus on relevant cruises, making it easier for them to choose and move forward with a booking.

  • Streamlined Collaboration: Clients can adjust the filters themselves for a broader search if needed, while still having the curated options as a starting point.

  • Efficient Trip Planning: Save time by setting parameters upfront, reducing the need for back-and-forth communication.

How to Save Filters for a Default Trip View

  1. Create the Trip:

    • Log into your Advisor Dashboard and click the "+" icon to create a new trip.

    • Enter the trip details, such as trip name, sailing from, sailing to and dates.

  2. Apply Filters:

    • Use filters to narrow the search by:

      • Date: Choose preferred sailing dates.

      • Price: Set a range of pricing.

      • Duration: Select from a range of durations.

      • Cruise Lines: Filter by specific cruise lines or leave open.

      • Port: Select specific sailing from/to locations.

      • Ship: Focus on specific ships your client is interested in.

      • Other Criteria: Use the filters to match your criteria.

  3. Save the Trip with Filters:

    • Save the trip with the applied filters as the default view for that trip.

  4. Invite the Client:

    • Share the trip link with your client, inviting them to collaborate.

    • When the client joins, their default view will reflect the filters you’ve set.

What the Client Can Do

  • Clients can view the filtered cruises that match their preferences as a starting point.

  • If desired, they can adjust the filters to explore a broader range of options, providing flexibility while keeping the curated selections available.
