When a client expresses interest in a cruise, begin by gathering key preferences such as destination, cruise line, travel dates, and budget. Use this information to start a new trip in the Cruisen Dashboard.
Instructions
Log into your Cruisen advisor dashboard
Click the "+" sign to “add a new trip.”
Give the trip a name. Examples: "Smith Family Vacation" or "Jane's Birthday Trip."
Add basic trip details such as:
Sailing From: Choose one or more departure ports.
Sailing To: Choose one or more destinations.
Dates: Specify travel dates to align with client preferences.
Click "Create Trip"
Trip will now populate into your trip list.
