Instructions to Invite Via Text
In the trip workspace, make sure a room is created.
In the room, click "Add guest".
Add guest name, age and phone number and click "Add".
Clients will now be able to view cruise details and communicate via text regarding trip updates, price drops and more.
Instructions to Invite With Link
Click “Trip Invitation” in the trip workspace.
Click "Copy Link" and share the trip link via text, direct message, email or any other preferred method.
Guide your clients to click the link, download the Cruisen app, join the trip and set up their profile by entering their name, phone number, email, profile picture and clients can even their payment information.
Clients Can Invite Others to the Trip
Clients can easily share their trip with friends, family and contacts who may want to join the trip by clicking the share icon and sending the trip invite to their contacts.

Once invitees join, their details will appear in the trip workspace keeping all discussions, cruise options, and updates will be centralized in one place, saving you both time.
