Instructions on How to Upload Documents in Cruisen
Log in to your Cruisen Advisor Dashboard.
Click on the specific trip from your dashboard to open its details.
Locate the Paperclip Icon in Navigator within the trip workspace.
Select the document from your device (e.g., PDF of a quote, booking confirmation, or itinerary) making sure to type a descriptive file name or note in the navigator chat to help you and your client identify the document.
The document will now appear in the documents section at the top of the trip’s Navigator.
Clients will receive the message in Navigator and can view the documents directly in the app.
